Females READ ONLY* Tips needed

When you buy a box of tampons there will be a little pamphlet tucked into the box along with the tampons. Take this pamphlet out and read it thoughouly. It will tell you about risks involved with tampon use, warning signs of a bad reaction to them (this is not that common so don't worry, but you shoulf still read up on it) as well as instructions and diagrams showing you exactly how to properly insert the tampon. It may take a few trys to get it right but once you figure it out it's easy. Good luck.
