buyrefs.com - has anyone tried it?

Is the site reliable? Does anyone here has any experience with it? The referral package seems to be cheaper than some of the PTC sites, such as buxto. But I am not sure how the site works and the creditability of it.

buyrefs.com is a legit site a few months ago i bought 25 reffs for neobux and i got my reffs in two weeks, i recommend you try this site they are not scam and they will give you value for your money

Buyrefs makes me real nervous. I want to believe them, but it is just so damn hard to. I can't seem to find anywhere, how they accrue these referrals. Plus, many sites most likely would ban this kind of crap. Does anybody have any links to sites with fair and unbiased reviews of this site/ service?
