Who is Antichrist??????!!!!!!!

do you believe that Antichrist is exist? Who do you believe Antichrist is? There's many prophecy about the coming of Antichrist and the speculation also there about the Antichrist already appeared and so on, bla bla bla... what is your opinion then??? I think this Antichrist creature (or guy) is really scary and dangerous!

I don't know who and where the Antichrist is. People have a lot of difference of opinions over this issue. Many of early church fathers did not appreciate specifying an Antichrist in a person. This concept, however, exists in many world's Religions with same differences of opinions. What I know for sure is that I am not that guy!

The word 'antichrist' is used by John in his epistles. And he was referring to those who deny that Jesus came in the flesh, and who deny that Jesus is the Christ. In 1 John 2:18 the author used 's' i.e. plural for antichrist. And that shows antichrist is not one person. I don't see biblical reason why 'Antichrist', with big A, should be used instead of 'antichrist'.

All the five times that it occurred in the NT it's in John. And the word is used for those who deny Jesus as Christ, and for those who deny that Jesus came in the flesh. I don't think there is any other meaning.

it's written in the New Testament, once in plural and 4 times in singular.
may be there's other meaning of it other than just person that deny Jesus as Christ.

My belief is, every once and awhile there's a chance of the world ending. And there's usually, at that point, one person behind it all.
There's a zillion prophecies, in even more religions, and I think there have been and will situations in which they're true..one way or another.
As not concrete as this is...that's my opinion.

Hi another,
The Bible says that anyone who denies Jesus Christ as the Son of the living God is an anti-Christ. It is in the New Testament several times.

According to God's Word, anyone who denies Jesus Christ as the Son of God is an anti-Christ. The Bible also teaches that there will be THE anti-Christ who will deceive many people.

Hi Spring, so there are so many Antichrist on earth????!!! What I mean is not the people who anti or deny the Christian religion, but the Antichrist stated in the prophecy. I myself deny that Jesus Christ as the son of God, but he is the prophet instead (since I believe in one God principle); so am I that Antichrist??? I believe God bless all his creatures. So, God Bless.
note: I don't deny Christian, nor to deny the holy Bible. But I'm really not into the New Testament and some amendments.
