Has got to be jazz, Acid jazz or trad jazz. Both are amazing, The freeness of it is maverlous. Pure expression. Plus you can jive to acid.

I guess country would have to be my favorite because it's more reality based music and wording. Don't get me wrong, I love my rock too but there's just something about country that I can relate to a bit more.

That's how I feel too. I can relate to almost every country song I hear.
I have only been listening to country for about 7 years, though. I started listening when I met my husband. Before that I listened to alternative mostly. When I was in high school I liked rap but it has changed a lot since then and now it is just a bunch of noise.

I love r&b because of the fact that the music is so smoothing to. when I'm stress it relaxes me. but other then that I listen to pop,and also hiphop

Pop, Punk, Pop-Rock, Alternative Rock, Alternative pOP, R&B, Soul and Hip-Hop. Why? I dont really know why i like this genre(s), maybe because when i hear like for example a song in pop which is for teens, i can relate to it and these musics in this genres rocks my world. I just love to listen to music.
