How often do you cahnge your sheets on your bed? I change mine about every 3 days because I like the feeling of fresh sheets, crisp and clean smelling. But I know of some people who change them way not often enough. i clean my mom's house about every 4 weeks and I change and wash her sheets when I do. I have asked her if she has changed them since the last time I did, and she says no. I also vacuum my bed every time because of the dead skin cells we shed. So how often do you cahnge yours?

Usually I change the sheets about once a week, and I vacuum the mattress each time, too. I also put my pillows in the dryer on high heat for about 15-20 minutes once a week, since you can't really wash them, and there's just as much yucky stuff on them. I do love that clean feeling and would change them every 2 or 3 days if I could, but I just don't have the time.

I change my sheets every fortnight, so not that often compared to your good self! I know I should do it more frequently, call it a man thing, a lazy wolf I am! I do turn my mattress over once a month which they advise you to do. Good idea about hoovering the bed, all those dust mites and other creepy crawlies ewwwwww I wonder if it's better they can't be seen by the naked eye, imagine if they were, I bet people would be hoovering their beds EVERY single day, food or bug for thought hey!

You are just so diligent:) To be honest, I don't change the sheets very often. I know it's hard to believe, but I am a lazy person. So if it's not necessary, I don't want to change it.

we change our sheets whenever they get cookie crumbs, sand, spilled drinks, baby spit-up or other messes on them. We have a pretty busy house, so sometimes it is daily, sometimes (if we're lucky!) we can go a couple of weeks without needing to wash them.

Once a week for me every saturday morning, all beds stripped and changed. If needed during the summer months twice a week is normal for me. I love nothing more than the feel of crisp clean fresh bedding. tc

you must have some problems with your health that you always need to change your bed sheets every three days. i change my blanket every month because i think that it should be change every month because nothing really makes my bed sheets dirty because i'm a clean person. i always remember to take a shower and change my clothes before i go to bed so it won't make bed smelly when i don't shower or change into my night clothes. changing bed sheets made me think about changing my white-t shirts. i always change my white-t shirte underneath the t-shirt that i wear to go to work. i do this to prevent the sweat from being absorb into my outside shirt so it would feel and smell fresh at the end of the day. the only shirt that would smell would be the white t shirt underneath.

about once a week or so..as i have flannel sheets and comforter but when i worked in a small hotel in Soo, Mich. we changed the sheets once a week if the people stayed the week..if one night the they would of course be changed..but the blankets and comforter and top cover where hardly ever changed..these were filthy by my standards and i would never use them as there were a lot of people who would do the nasty right on top of these..quickie and spill thier stuff all over them.. its also the drinking glass that wwer not proberly cleaned by the maids..they would just wipe them out with the used linen to save time and put them in the plastic wrapper...i always brought my own or used the ones wrapped in plastic..i don't vacum to much but my wife does..i have two air cleaners in my room plus a humidifier that washes the air "brethe" but i swim in the YMCA every day so I stay prety clean and i change my clothes often too..

This is very nice. We often change our bedsheet on a daily basis. Because myself and my daughter is having some alerginc problems with dust. I think it is very good to wash the bedsheet on a daily basis. That will give us very good sleep
