we depend too much on computer, on internet, right?

I work with computer in the daytime during my worktime, after work, when I go home, I have a private computer and I spend hours in front of it. I read news, surfing the websites, such as google.com, and mylot.com. I do not feel I have a fully developed life, but I just can not get rid of this. That is really a "bad" habit. Now I seldom talk with people all day long, would you give me some advice for this? This really bothers me, hope you are not!
