Cats

we have both cat and Dog in our house and generally speaking, they both get on. Each animal has its own space and they have been known to play with each other. The Dog is a labrador and the cat has some persian in him so you can imagine what they look like when they are playing blessed be

It's a long time since I had a pet, but I definitely prefer cats. They're nice sensible animals, very clean, not always mithering you and making a noise the way dogs do. Cats are very independent animals, they just want you to feed them regularly, open the door when they want to go out or come in, and keep the litter tray clean. With dogs, you have to walk them, play fetch, show them affection etc.

I love both dog and cat. At present I keep neither of them as I often go outstation for personal matter. I am afraid that my pets would feel lonely and no one would take good care of them. So it is rather better for me to keep either of these lovely pets if I could spend more time at home.

I prefer to have larger breed dogs, so I like to keep them outside, with a nice yard to run around in, where as my cat has to be an inside cat. No way she's running around at night getting herself pregnant =P

I would rather have a kitty in the house as dogs you have to train to go outside to go to the bathroom then if it is wet you have to dry their feet etc. With a cat you just set up a litter box and they go when they need to the only thing I don't like is the litter sticks to their feet sometimes.

I like dogs,don't like cats,cats don't get close to humans. Dogs are loyal,faithful to the human,the dog is a good friend of mankind. My family has also kept the dog,but not now! If given the opportunity,i will feed one!

Although cats are a lot cleaner and they are easier to take care of, I'm going to have to say that I prefer dogs.
