Work is taking up my mylot time

Work is taking up mylot time for me this week. I picked up a few shifts last week so I could pay some more bills. I hate bills they cut into the entertainment part of my budget. I'm so very much looking forward to getting my taxes done so I won't be tapped for a long time. I do tons of night shift at some Personal Care Home part time, and when I do a stretch of them, I don't come online for too long maybe enough to check my email and facebook and of course mylot now, but having lack of sleep I just don't really feel like posting much. I only have one more night to go.. tonight, then 2 evenings on the weekend. Then I'm off for a few days unless I get called in. Till then I'll come on this site more.

The older you get the more tired you get. I love to get home and just read, cook or relax. I don't have a computer at home but later this year my bank loan is due for a redo and then I'm definitely buying a PC. This MyLot is great. I used to haunt MySpace but this is much more. I use the PC on my desk for this and, lets face it, when you're doing something interesting, who gives a hoot ? I make time for this and after just 2 days I'm seeing signs of progress. Don't let the fatigue throw you - go for it !

When I first joined, I logged on to mylot almost everyday, even if it's just for a short while. But nowadays, I don't get to login to mylot as much as i want to, or used to since i'm tied up with other things. on working days i dont really get to spend time on mylot. only on weekends i get to go on mylot, but that also depends as i might be busy with other things.

Well, I can hear you there, but since this site does not pay as well as my job does, for now, I have to do my regular job. Right now, since I am not feeling good at all, my doctor gave me a work note to not return to work until my scheduled day on Tuesday, so it will seem like a long time for me. Maybe I can get a lot posted on here, and get closer to being paid again on here.

Awwe I know what you mean! I wished this site paid more for our efforts but I can't complaine b/c I love my job that's forsure. Forsure it is very much annoying when work gets into your personal time! lol.
Only on nightshifts do I have a bit of time to post things or just read some posts so maybe here and there I"ll respond, but I only have 3 more shifts then I get a handful of days off so I can see myself spending more time on here. I love it,.,, it's great!

We all know the feelings of been over worked. But working for someone else is never going to get you anywre but their dreams fulled. You work 2 jobs now. how long can you do this? or do you want to.???
i work out of my home and if you could find 15 mintues a day. you can too. This Saturday on TRU T-V I don't kno wif you get it in Canada or not. in the morning
a half hour doc. is on you should watch or go to my
website it may or may not be for you but I feel so strongly everyone should at least know it's out there

I don't think we get TRU TV in Canada, I've never heard of it? What kind of job do you have? It must me nice to work out of your home I've always wanted to do that but never new what to do. I actually work the same job but in 4 different facilities. 3 Nursing homes and one hospital. So I don't get much of a break. I'll check out your website soon
