Schoool Shootings

I just needed to vent a little about these school shootings. It is very sad to hear that people are getting shot and killed at a learning place or institution. A place that we all think is safe and should be.
How could someone just open fire in a school? People are going to school to try to better themselves and the lifes for their family but yet someone comes and destroy all of that in a blink of an eye.
This has really hit home with me. There was a school shooting at a local technical college last week. Two was killed and then the shooter shot herself. No one still doesn't know why she did it. And just on yesterday there was another school shooting at NIU, seven dead. And then theres shootings at other places such as mall. When will all this end? The devil is mighty busy.
My heart and prays goes out to the victims and their families.

My question is, are they getting the ideas by hearing the news? I think some of them do it to be famous. I know that is not what I would want to be famous for, but in a fragile state of mind, could this be what drives them to do this in the schools. It is sad that this is happening and I pray for the victims and their families. It is only going to get worse, I'm afraid.

It is both sickening and draining to keep hearing about these shootings. I wish there was some what to stop this from happening. My throat gets tight everytime I hear of more school shootings.
You are right, the devil is very busy these days and the sad part about it is that this is the way of the world now. It is not going to get any better, only worse. This is why as Christians we have to constantly pray and plead the blood of Jesus over ourselves and our families. Especially, the children.
