how to send mass indiviusal emails to users using gmail

i want to know how i can send same eamil to 2000 users indiviusaly using gmail . i want to you gmail as a service to send email indiviusaly to my users i have more then 2000 users, or if any one know any setting with gmail on outlook then please do tell me coz my isp allow only 23 email in 24 hours and gmail allow 500 emails in 24 hours i think please help me tell me any good software or settings so i can send emails to my users at onces. cheers
