Hello Lynnchua, I guess you must be of jealous type. Yes, I don't mind my wife having a good close male friend so long as she knows her limit. So, you must trust your partner as much as you want your partner to trust you too, right?

there really would be no reason to be jealous unless they are doing inappropriate things to make you think they are more than friends.

i have no problems with my wife being close to my friends. i'm not the jealous type. my wife and i enjoys a lot of things together and one of these things is love for my friends (so is her friends). we have a very open communication. so we tell each other everything. i can go on a business trip and not worry about my wife hanging out with my friends. same goes for her.

i think it's up to trust. both of us have the right to make friends with others. i'm sure he is able to tell the difference between love and friendship.
