Unfortunately, there's no direct way of achieving this. What you can do is withdraw you AlertPay money into a check then encash it. You can do this since AlertPay checks are honored by almost every bank internationally. After encashing it, deposit the money to your PayPal account. You can also withdraw your AlertPal money into E-Gold and from there, convert your E-Gold into PayPal. You do need to have a verified AlertPay account to withdraw into E-Gold.
