how many hours on a day do u spend in mylot and internet?

hi. usually I spend around 2-3 hours in myLot and Internet. my friends suggested me to do this around 2-3 hours per day, they said that I would need to limit the hours to 2 till 3 per day to get a balance between my online and my offline life.
