Good question. When was the last time I played in the rain? I think it was in 1995 when I was still in college. In Pangasinan, Philippines that year there was too much rain after El Niño and when there's a strong rain or typhoon classes are canceled. So me and my classmates would run around the campus to play with the other students...in the rain.
