Karma means things done by u knowingly or unknowingly.If u do good karma u will get good results. Whatever seed u sow u will get the same tree with fruits.just like that whatever things done by you,u have to experience the results of them. Try to donate 1or2% of ur income to poor, or orphans or old age homes or people dying with incurable diseases.This helps u &ur children alot in future. It simply means ur responsible & accountable for ur deeds. Instead of blaming others,if u do good deeds ur life will be smooth & happy.

..yes, I truly believe we reap as we sow.. Yet also that there is happenstance to all also.. sun and rain upon all..

if one wants to reach on the highest rung of ladder of success one should be on the top and he should do gud karmas

This is very true. The more goodness you go out and create in the world then the more goodness that will come back to you. Likewise if you go around creating unhappiness that is what will come back to you.
There is already enough horrible things out in the world without adding any more, so really it only makes sense to try and do more good, especially for other people.
I don't know if I agree about the giving the money all the time. Karma should not be bought. Certainly find some way to help those less fortunate than yourself and look after the planet.
