I like to eat them both ways! hehe raw i dip them in some sort of dipage. and when they are cooked i like to eat them with butter. How do you like to eat yours ? And what is your favourite kind ? I think mines got to be sweet taters, and corn on the cob ;)

Most vegetables can be eaten raw as long as they are washed/cleaned thoroughly. From what I have gathered in reading about this, raw is when they are the healthiest for you too. I like most vegetables raw, but I also like them cooked just about any way you can cook them. As a matter of fact, if I weren't such a big fan of steak and chicken, I would have no problem being a vegetarian of some sort. The good thing about cooking vegetables is the variety of flavors you can give them depending on how you can cook them. You can boil them with butter, salt, and pepper. You can add some soy sauce and/or teriyaki for a nice stir-fry. You can make a vegetable soup. The possibilities are really only limited to your imagination. Hope this gives you some good ideas.

Definitely Raw. There are only a few veggies that I can stand cooked like Carrots, Broccoli, peas. Everything else I prefer raw. One it just tastes better and I read an article a while back that you get more of the vitamins and nutrients from fruits and veggies if you eat them raw.

I usually eat the vegetables cooked. I seldom eat raw vegetables. I make it sure that what I am eating is safe from any microorganisms that my cause diseases. I am a health conscious since I have children to take care.
