Buying Signups For Your Affiliate Programs

Is it ok to buy Guaranteed Signups for your affiliate programs like Incentaclick? Are paid signups have low cases of fraud so my account won't be terminated? Where can I buy good quality signups?

I wouldnt suggest investing money to make money. there are so many free sites out there that allow their members to make money for free. I use associatedcontent to make most of my money each month. They pay members to write articles. They pay upfront for your articles as well as pay you per one thousand page views. Its a really great site that I have been apart of for years.
