My Stars have gone!

I have had three rating stars for quite some time. Only today I am down to 1! I thought I had still been rating adequately but apparently not!
Looks like I had better get my act together before the rewardathon finishes!

Ouch, that hurts. When I saw their warning that stars can go away, I didn't plan to try to get 3 stars because I rated quite a bit and could not even get one rating star, although I do have one writing star (or did last time I looked)
Having been an English teacher, it is too much like grading papers anyway, only without any pay! so I really don't like to do prolonged rating. Rating once in a while is fun because it gives us ideas of what we could write about--but I would prefer to rate in areas of interest and on subjects about which I know a little something. They keep giving me articles on landscaping and gardening. Duh. Good luck! I hope you get your stars back in time to cash in on them.

yes it can be a drag sometimes. I never rated a great deal before I guess it must have been enough, at least for a while it was.
The worst part is I have been rating madly and not seen any change. There is a part of me that is hoping for it to be a system glitch and they magically reappear as mysteriously as they disappeared!
I can understand why it reminds you of grading papers. I sure would give a lot of F's some days!

That is so frustrating. To think you do all that work and then they just disappear. I usually try to rate at least 5 a day, and that has worked for me so far to keep my stars. I am trying to up it a little, to get 4 or 5 stars, just in case I am wrong and I end up losing 1. Luckily, we have some time.

Get the feeling it is more random luck than anything - somehow I am up to four writing stars - and i know I haven't rated enough articles in last 90 days to get that number
