there maybe other discussions like this one, but Ill try to make my point ^^
beyong believing in gods or any religion you have or not. Is there a life after death? Because, also the people who doesnt have religion are persons and have borned and will die and we have to go somewhere, I think and I hope.
So theres another little question. Do we really have a soul? I think we do. There has to be something in us that its not material, that its not physic, its just an energy.
Thats what scares me a bit. We are so biological, we are nothing more but a kind of animals that has evolutionated a lot (of course, not enough yet) and htta has reasonable thoughts. But when our body starts to die, we just dissappear, our minds dissapear from the earth or the universe or we really stay somewhere after dying?

Personally I believe that the souls of good people go to heaven and meet up with with other deceased family members. Of course I believe this because of my Catholic religion and upbringing but I often question the idea. When I start thinking of other "alternatives" I'm happy that I this is what I believe because it is comforting and I am happy to think that my parents are together in heaven.

Im not entired convinced that we go to heaven or something like that, but I think are soul stays somewhere, wether if we were good people or bad people.
But the idea of us disappearing scares me a bit =S
