Well, whether I like him or not he going. He has served two times and so his term is over. Unless he wants to rewrite the Constitution and become a dictator he is out. so relax!

Headhunter is right except for the fact that he wasn't elected the first time, he was appointed by the supreme court. Technically he can run for a third term but I seriously doubt he will, they would be an uproar if he tried. He should really be tried for acts of treason and high treason against the people and contitution of the United States and then impeached. Since most of the members of both houses of congress are also guilty of the same crimes, that's highly unlikely. The truely sad part is that all three branches of our government have committed these crimes, as well as, many are also guilty of war crimes and crimes against humanity. Since our chief law enforcement officer (the attorney general) has also committed serious crimes, there will be NO investigations or trials. The government of the United States has become corrupted beyond the point of redemption or justice. It is my belief that this is true of ALL governments. I predict an immenant failure of our global systems of economy and government within the next 20 years due to extreme greed for power and avarice.
