So..which one do YOU do? I brust my teeth and then shower and most people I know do the same also. I always find it odd when people do the latter. Also, I know some people that eat breakfast before brushing their teeth. What are your thoughts on that? I find it quite disgusting.

I always brush my teeth as soon as I get up in the morning, unless I am too excited about seeing my earnings in mylot. Then I come log in and see how much I have made then go brush my teeth and get washed up or shower. I only shower every second day. I know some people brush their teeth while in the shower. I know this because I cleam houses for a living and I see that their tooth brush and tooth paste is in the shower. I don't eat my breakfast till after I brush my teeth, and sometimes I will brush my teeth again after I eat. I also brush my teeth before I go to bed. I am a bit picky about keeping my teeth clean.

Well the first thing i do when i get up in the morning is Brush up my teeth.. I can't do anything (infact i don't like to) without having my teeth brushed up.. I wonder how people can go for their breakfast without brushing their teeth.. In certain situations i may bath first and brush my teeth later .. but that happens when my roommate is using the wash-basin at the same time .. So i go for a bath before brushing my teeth in situations when i am getting late for my office.. However i can't eat anything before brushing.. I won't like it myself .. then i m sure other people would find it disgusting about me..

Hi there, I usually take my morning cold water shower and brush my teeth in the meanwhile before having my breakfast. After taking breakfast I am used to brush my teeth again if I have my morning meal at home. For me there is nothing wrong with brushing the teeth, before or after breakfast, as different people has different liking as long as they feel comfortable to do with it.

I use to take shower after brushing my teeth. I always start my day with brushing my teeth. Brushing is first work I start in the morning. Thus I can not take shower with out completion of brushing process of my teeth.

I brush teeth while taking shower. I like to let water fall into my mouth and help clean my teeth while brushing them. It sounds a little strange, but it is really convinient and comfortable.

Heck, I don't care! I do it both ways but I just can't get into brushing in the shower like a friend of mine does, yucky!

The teeth get brushed first thing, yuck! Then the shower then eat. Then you can do the whole flossing and good brushing job etc. But the first thing is to get rid of Morning Breath! Even the Parrot doesn't want to say good morning to me until I have brushed my teeth!lol cl:) Shalom

It depends on how awake I am when I get up! lol Sometimes I can jut barely pull myself out of bed and wake up sometime during my shower. But as Robertem said, I can't do the brushing the teeth in the shower thing. I have a friend that does that because she said it saves her time. But does it really?

Shower than teeth.A friend of mine does it at the same time. She says when toothpaste goes on her leg it burns her.I have never tried it but its good idea if you're in a rush!

Great post! I would say Brush teeth then shower. Nothing like getting clean in the shower but still have a dirty mouth.lol. On Breakfast... I actually think just the opposite. It just makes more sense to me personally to eat breakfast and then brush the teeth. Otherwise you will end up brushing your teeth twice once before and once after. Love the Topic!
