What are your thoughts of the wall on the Texas border?

Ok I am completely against letting anymore people from Mexico into the states. I think it is a crock that some people in charge think it would be a good idea to ok the ones that are already here. They broke the law and came into the country illegally so why should we forgive them? I am for the wall being built and extra security to ensure that the people from mexico do the proper paperwork and come into the country legally. What are your thoughts?

I think we should have better security at all of our borders. More to keep out dangerous people than to just keep out the Southern neighbors who are just sneaking over to get better jobs. They have been doing this ever since there have been two separate countries. Not all of the people crossing are Mexicans either. Some of them comme from Central America and South America, countries in political and economic strife.
The Wall does have its meritts. It will control the flow of illegals crossing our borders. It will also give us a chance to watch more closely for terrotists that might want to enter from that area.
We also need to find a way to control our Northern border. That border is wide open as we know that some terrorists have come through that way. More efforts must be made to stop this from happening.
Other countries do these things, and it is deemed perfectly acceptable. For some reason, when we do it everyone acts like we are horrible. We DO have the right and duty to protect our citizens and control the flow of immigrants and terrorists into our country!
