I'm sure you've heard or at least seen an advertisement for PTR-Enterprise. A "Paid-To-Read" Email program, offering $200 dollars per email. There's your first sign. $200 Dollars per email. Unless they charge $20,000 to advertisers, there is no way that such a program could support itself, it's just simple mathematics. Have you or anyone you know been lulled into this program which is getting rich off of your contributions to their Adsense and Advertising sales without receiving a single penny? Let us know! And if you have actually received payout I would like to see and perhaps you could change my view.
