I am an old user of the ii affiliate and love a great holiday in a good surrounding. I don't like having to second guess the service level. I am a discerning holiday maker. With near to 14 yearsusing timeshare I can give honest answers from the heart. I do not work in timeshare and you will not see me advertising any services. Simply open to discussions and believe when I say honest. Test me if you will.

Hi catfordhopper.
I'm very glad that you enjoy yout timeshare and can actually use it.
For me is a different story, I own a timeshare in Orlando Florida (is the Westagte Lakes Resort) and I'm looking for a person that is willing to take the ownership and the rest of the mortgage payments. I'm asking for $600 that is the mount needed for the transfer fees I just want to transfer everything. The thing is that I will not be using it so there is no point on having it.
Do you have any recomendations or tips on how to sell it, where to go (and not get scamed) or know anyone that is interested??
