Near death experience

I believe that there is life after death. Although, I have not experienced it I believe that the planet earth is our learning ground. I have had family members who experienced encounters with the God and Mary his mother. Both my parents faced serious illnesses and received visions both survived. As a child I held their experiences close to my heart and knew that God was always in contact with us. My life has not always been sweet but I've made it though each time with the grace of God. I have acknowledged each unfortunate time and tried to understand what could be learned, sometines with success and others times just accepting it as God's will. His plan in each situation was for me to learn and trust Him. As the adage goes, "I'm a work in progress". I figure God must be very patient and definately has a very healthy sense of humor, after all he did create us. With that in mind I can laugh at some of the things I say and do.
