yeah, the cold climate seemed to have arrived rather late here in our country but seems to be convenient none the less. ^_^ Maybe you could boil some water for that bath your considering..?

Yes, bathing is a good thing to do. But I know the feeling of the cold. I live in southern Louisiana and it is spring/summer almost all year. However, this year we have had move rain than usual so it has been colder than normal. Personally I love awaking to the cool weather in the morning and going to bed at night without having to run the A/C. It's a comfortable climate right now and the humidity is way down. I'm just loving it right now.

Yes this cold climate is a welcome for me than a nuisance. Last November and December was not that cold. I guess the weather is kind of late and I would like it to last that further because these kind of weather is what I like then summer heat.

I am loving it as well, although it does not do good for my early morning travels. I almost always have to wear jeans because if not I will get uncomfortable. But other than that, I'm enjoying it. Everytime someone mentions how cold it is I have a standard response "Of course, it's December!". yeah about 2 months late!

Hello spoiled311, I never had an experience like that. Malaysia is hot and humid throughout the year. Personally, I don't like cold weather too. I can't stand the coldness but I would love to experience it, maybe once.

my wife was in the Philippines in Bacolod and bought a house in Sumat but she arrived on Dec 3rd..and came home Jan 22, 2008 but she was supposed to have stayed until May 28..I was to join her for three weeks in May and we both come home to the US on May 28 but she got very sick. Last three times she went home she got the same problem. I think it is weak immune system as she says she cannot take the hot climate and the change in food and water. But I was looking forward to going to a warmer climate as it is very cold here in Michgan and I was born here. We both worked and retired here two years ago and have a home here since 1985. But I think we will return to Bacolod in 2009 and live in our new home. My wife has a brother, sister in law and daughter who live in the house we bought and he is helping with the remodeling of theis home and it should be done by this time as the house is only about four years old. But I always go to the gym and use the pool, sauna, whirlpool and of course shower and this relaxes me a lot. I have been going to the YMCA which is only four blocks from our house but I used to go to the Physical Fitness Center in my place of work..Ford Motor Co. and this is the only thing I miss about working ..That and the Educational Center as they had the latest computers, printers and gizmos and also the teachers were very helpful and I could do this on company time..so that was a perk that I miss about working. I don't know if I can live in the Philippines all year but I think I won't know until I try. My wife's health problems are a concern but I have been in Manila and Negros during December 1996 and I know that the weather is very hot and humid compared to our climate in Michigan..so it will take some adjustment I am sure. Thanks for the post. Have a nice day.
