i think its very common as we are human beings. we feel sorry when we look that for others it work, for us it did not.If you really feel the emotion for some whom you loved 4 yrs back, may be you still could not erase your love for her.

Sometimes its too late for us to realize how important a person to us. You have given up and put an end on it. What you are feeling might be some sort of regret for letting her go. but if you are now in a new relationship you must find out within yourself what you really like. Because it will be unfair for the other person. Now if you are unattached and same as she is, why not try to court her again and find out if you can work out a relationship once more.
