Looking for Concord Grapes

Hi I was raised with concord grapes in NY. I know they only come out in the winter months but I am looking to have some sent to me.I know live in Ca. Does anyone know where I can get them? I tried the jam and anything practically that said concord. Its not the same. I want bunches grapes just to sit and eat. Thank You
