Appreciation Of Rupee Value

People can you please help me find out some causes and consequences of rupee appreciation. And also if you can help me find out its effect on Indian exports and imports. help me doing it'l help me for my presentation.

in this case the value of rupee is more. now its about 38.5 rs per dollar. so exporter will get less money when they try to export something. Importters have to pay less also. Its affecting the IT companies very much.

In a nutshell: Rupee appreciates in value - dollar value lessens. Means you can have lesser rupees against dollar. For eg, earlier you would get 39 rupees per dollar, now you get 38.50 per dollar. Means for imports you will be paying less and for exports you will be paid more because both the transactions will be in foreign currency. Import will become cheaper and exporters finds easy importers because they have to pay less comparing past.
