What do you think of my Business Consulting Idea?

I'd like to start a business that 'consults' with other businesses and helps them do the following:
1. Become as green as they can be - which means installing solar and wind power devices, and educating everyone in the company on the importance of living green.
2. Improve the physical fitness of all employees, by having onsite - fitness centers, that are managed and ran by our company, and paid for by a small % of everyone's paychecks.
3. Improve the health of employees by having on-staff doctors/nurses to take care of our employees needs, resulting in less time off, and more productivity. Having a doctor on staff plus nurses would also be more costly and productive than a lot of health insurance plans. - If it's good enough for Google...
I would like to start a company that does all 3 of these, and perhaps we could do other HR related tasks as well. What is your thoughts on this kind of business model?

I think that your ideas are wonderful. I hope you have the courage to go ahead with your ideas. I am really into the "green" things and think we all need to work together to try to start cleaning up the messes we have made. All three ideas are great though!

Not only a good idea... but a brilliant one. green living... employees' health and benefits... what could we ask for? Go for it.
