Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM, or dimethylsulfone) is an organosulfur compound with the formula (CH3)2SO2. This colourless solid features the sulfone functional group and is considered a relatively inert chemically. It occurs naturally in some primitive plants and is present in small amounts in many foods and beverages and it is sold as a dietary supplement.
i take msm in its pure form. but some say that it is good when taken with other minerals for better absorption. i am not sure really if there is an effect on me. i just take it because i was told it is good.
how about you? have you heard or tried msm? :-)

really?... it's like a cure-all organic supplement... very very interesting. how much does it costs? does it come in a capsule or tablet form? hmmm... could it be bought over the counter? if you ask me, what i find very beneficial are teas. especially green tea, it lowers blood cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar and prevents several forms of cancer. moreover, prevents arthritis, and detoxifies the body. i try to drink it frequently. yesterday it was featured in yahoo news as tea-the elixir of life. how about you? are you a tea-drinker like me?:-D
