Get rid of excess fat around stomach.

hey all you mylotters! Anybody can help me with getting rid of 'baby' fat around the stomach? It is in the region of the belly-button and below. I would like to know excercises I can do at home. Thanks in advance for all your responses!

FOOD Avoid taking high level of carbohydrate foods such as rice, potato,..., etc.. Veggies must always in 'double' quantity compare to your any food intake. Especially at night time, must have your early dinner before dusk time. DRINK Avoid taking carbonated drinks and the best is green tea and alkaline drinking water(detoxification process). EXERCISE Just practice 'sit-up' for 20 minutes in a day, consistently. TESTING PERIOD 1 month. WEIGHT REDUCTION You can see you body weight lose for 5 kg. in a month and your belly out of its shape. The most important thing is, to reduce your body weight to the first level of 7 kg.. At the same you have to know how to calculate your BMI(Body Mass Index), manually. You know why??? You have to know the formula and its system, so that, you know what particulars that involved in BMI calculation. BMI = Your Weight(in kg.) / Your height Square (in meter) Ideal weight is when your BMI value is at 24 - 24.9. Over weight is 25 - 30, Obesity Level 1 is 31-34 and Obesity Level 2 is 35 and above. Now we understand that, the greater our body weight, it will increase the BMI value. That is why, it is very imperative for us to reduce our body weight. According to my medical doctor, the fat weight in the belly section is the most critical part where it can goes up above than 5 kg.. The above method really very effective to my belly fat reduction and it is proven to my body weight and my BMI.

well i put clear wrap around it before i exercise. or if i will do house chores i put clear wrap and you will see how many fats that clear wrap can melt lol. try it

That's an easy one. Either eat less... and it will be gone in one month. Or watch what you eat... and remove the food which is more likely to make you fat... like MacDonalds and other fatty take away food. Sitting behind the computer the whole day while not reducing the amount of food you normally eat will also make you fat. Exercise won't do it. You much better off burning your energy into doing some physical work the whole day. That will do it. But you have to do at least 5 hours a day.

i think doing yoga is good because it gives you a very good health and decreases your fat. one advantage of yoga is that there are so many exercises for each body part of yours . it is very convenient to do it at home
