I try to tip all waiters, waitresses and service providers. TIPS stands for 'to insure prompt service'...at least it used to when I waited tables and tended bar. I will give a 20% tip if the waiter/waitress at least attempts to do a good job, and is somewhat cheerful or friendly. If they're rude and have a bad attitude, or treat me like I'm an annoyance (when I'm doing everything I can to be polite), they'll probably get far less.

Yes to both between 10 & 15% of the total. If the waiter/ess is really good then we will give even more.

food delivery - yes
waiter/waitress - yes
It's rude not to. I'm not so stingy that I can't part with a couple bucks to let someone know that I appreciate them bringing my food to me even if they didn't do it as quickly as I would have liked them to.

I do and don't tip at times.,only because of if it is a nice waitress/or/waiter so it depends on their service to me and my guest of my party eatting out.Now as far as the delivery driver it depends on his service as well.

The Deliver Driver: No. Maybe yes at christmas.
The Waiter/////Waitress: Yes. Usually about 10 percent of the bill, except the service was very bad.
