What is your favorite Lorelai quote?

The one that always sticks out in my head is "I'm like cheese". Rory and Dean had been waiting for Lorelai at the diner. When she shows up late, her response is "I'm like cheese". Meaning she gets better with time.

My favorite quote is one of her first ones. "Liposuction kills. Stay fat." She said it in The Deer Hunters, and I managed to work it into conversation one time.
