it really doesn't matter if he or she is a "nega" but what really matter is that he or she complete your life and you are happy with that person...well in friendship is that it really accept each other regardless of that limitations because that qualities that your friends has will make you though a better person.

Uuuuuh! That ticks me, it always triggers me hand to move faster. You know, I could easily change from a mild-mannered person to a very violent person in no time.
When I am with people like that, if I can't control my anger anymore then I let my hand that do the talking!;)LoL
I have no problem with people being opinion-minded, but what I hate is when they quote a word I have said. Sometimes, I say things in a figure of speech and that's where these j*rks lose in understanding and analyzing what I was trying to say.
When that happens, it's a free-for-all punch-out for me!;)

I think sometimes they have to see it before they believe it. Maybe if every time they say something negative you come up with a positive quote, or look on the bright side of it type expression they will eventually figure out how you feel when they are always talking negative.

Talk to her, let her know how you feel. this person is probably oblivious about what she is doing. If she is constantly saying negative comments to you, just ignore her, she will feel stupid talking to no one about nothing important. And if she is a good friend then she should respect the fact that your not ok with it.
