Welcome back, Crickethear. Nice to know you're dealing over it. I know it's difficult to be in that situation and sometimes the best thing to do is just spend some time with yourself especially on the beach and collect shells. I had been in the situation before and I had to get away from the place and people I work with. After two days in the beach playing with my friend's son I felt refreshed and and reborn ready to face any challenges again.

Thank you. It is important to do that sometimes. Kind of like a hermit. I envy them. I love the ocean too. I find it so amazing, and so mysterious.

It's very important to keep an eye on our sanity. I feel the same thing with oceans. Maybe because we don't live in the water that's why it's got a mysterious, fanciful effect on us which is sometimes mystifying. We always find strange feeling when we're near the water.
