Zone protection

There are a lot of myths out there about eliminating illness. Like keep a 5 to 10 ft zone between you and anyone who is visibly ill. Stop shaking hands with people, use hand sanitizer often. Clean keyboards and phones in communally used areas at work. Etcetera, etcetera. Just another list of things that make us act paranoid and that do not actually work. Bolstering or strengthening your immune system by taking vitamin supplements and cutting back on the germy surfaces that you come into contact with between hand washings are a good place to start if you want to prevent making yourself sick. But germs on your hands don't make you sick do they? Not until they come in contact with your mucus membranes and avenues of ingress into your body like your eyes and mouth and nose. A zone defense is great for football but alienating sick people in your enviroment will not keep you from getting sick. I guarantee that because I almost never leave my house, I don't shake hands with people, and I am a bull about disinfecting and cleaning and yet I still get sick when my boyfriend brings home germs and such from work. He may not even be sick until after I get sick but as he is the one who leaves the house and comes back every day I will assume that he is the carrier of the germs. You are going to get sick accept it. Yes you can cut back on the frequency with which you get ill with the methods outlined above, but I have never met anyone who never ever becomes ill. Everyone gets sick and passes it around to everyone else in their life, it seems to be a fact of life.

You don't have to being paranoid like that.. true, this is only advise for you. If you do like you do everyday, your social live will very difficult, and to ask a help from some one is almost impossible.please remember that everbody need somebody. What you sould do is, you make your body fit all the times, drink vitamin tablet will help you. And doing little excersice also improve your health. Life in the health way will make you stronger agains the sickness. Your body will producing antibody, becaume "anti virus"
