I have a single mother with twin infants, and it's next to impossible to keep up with their needs and hers. I have a friend who has a cheat where you can fill up the bars for hygiene and bladder and stuff just by clicking on it, but he can't remember what it is. Does anybody know any good cheat codes so that I can keep mommy and babies happy without going insane myself? Thank you in advance. I really need that cheat.

I think when you enter boolprop testingcheatsenabled true into the cheat box you are able to fill up the bars and maxmotives manually although I haven't tried this one for a while - I usually just work with one person. There are also a couple of mods for maxing moods on MTS2 if you don't mind using mods in your game. Another way I would suggest is why not move in an au pair to help your single mother? Create an au pair sim in the "create a family" screen and make her/his aspiration family (you may also want to give a high cleaning score so they help with housework) and then add them to your family. You can then make them unselectable so they do their own thing although you may want to keep them selectable so that if they are not helping a baby you can tell them to.

You're in luck! :)
I know exactly what you need. It is an object modification called "SimCutie's Power Espresso!" Just make an account at http://modthesims2.com/ to download anything for The Sims 2 for free.
Go to this link to get the Power Espresso:
