Gmail or yahoomail

Hi there anshnav! I prefer gmail over yahoo mail. I have accounts on both and I get more spam mails on my yahoo account. I haven't got any with my g-mail account.

Well in my opinion I like gmail more than yahoo.. I think gmail looks better abd is lot more faster than yahoo.I have accounts in almost all the providers,but i find gmail as the best.It is simple and very user friendly and the storage capacity is also good.So i would suggest you gmail.

From what I here Gmail is a lot better than yahoo but I still haven't gotten around to switching e-mail providers lol.

I like Yahoo myself. Yahoo has no limit on how much you can have in your inbox. You do have a 10 MB limit on attachments. Yahoo has a chat function inside your email account and you can see other yahoo users that are online and chat live with them through your email without downloading a separate program.

it is true that gmail is much better than the yahoo. the gmail is much faster than th e yahoo because of the y are using the ajax the new web technology in there gmail service that is really good and give much faster than the yahoo one...

Which is best for you depends on your needs. If you actually need more than 6 GB of remote storage (I don't personally know anyone who does), you need Yahoo!. They offer unlimited storage now. If you use a desktop e-mail client, such as Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird, Eudora, etc., Gmail is the one you need. Gmail offers free POP/IMAP/SMTP with full session encryption. For free Yahoo! users, it's just plain, old webmail. Although I swear by Challenge-Response, skeptics would still be better off with Gmail and its customizable filters, than with Yahoo! and its cheap, Bayesian spam filter. That worthless thing still keeps getting fooled by cryptic headers and body text, and spoofed addresses. And there's nothing you can do about it.

I've got both and they very yahoo cool to paypal.com is faster comming in with yor $$. gmail.com has a lot of storage and responed better to paypal accounts in get money there with time to spare... same as gmail,msn aol...

I use both. I use gmail for my job and yahoomail for connecting with my friends. Gmail is faster. I think yahoomail increased the space for each user already..

I Like gmail but I like the configurations for outlook express

I have accounts in both yahoomail and gmail but I like gmail better as its faster, chatting box is opened there itself unlike yahoo where one has to open messenger...It has less spam as compared to yahoo.

I have both yahoo mail and gmail accounts. gmail is definately faster. If you have many e-mails to go through each day, it is easier and faster switching between messages with gmail. I also find that yahoo mail servers can be sluggish at different times during the day. Some e-mails get blocked from my yahoo inbox and I also receive more spam at my yahoo mail account.
