xclix just abandoned paypal and changed to alertpay, a sign of scam.
and I just noticed that in their TOS, it said: we have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason.
that's so cool, LOL

I cannot say that all the sites moving from paypal to alertpay are scam, but we all know that "bux" sites cannot last long.
if you really want to know some good and trustworthy sites, please check my profile and visit my website.
i've listed many good sites there, the most important thing is, those sites all pay through paypal, and I've been paid many times by them.
none of them are "bux sites".
and some of those sites have been online for many years, honestly paying the members.

Um, a lot of sites have the phrase "We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason" even paypal says that. It's basically the easiest way to cover their rear's when it comes to anything legal. Some times even go further and say that in any kind of legal dispute, you cant hold them responsible.
I never heard of xclix so I can't tell you. I agree with you though, if a site moves away from Paypal, a very reputable/been in business forever kind of company that is a sign for something!

a lot of sites will list user policy and will delete your account if your activity is against the policy. but a serious site owner won't say something like "I can delete you for ANY reason".
and paypal does not use such phrases in their TOS. They will close your account for many reasons listed, but definately not "for any reason"
