the tastiest exotic food you've eaten or want to eat

i say i love to eat a "balot"(duck embryo). and the food i want to eat is Any dish from snake's meat. i have never eaten a snake before. Guys what's yours? I would like to hear so exotic food of your place.

Well, I guess the most exotic food that I have eaten was a frog. Its actually a delicacy in one of the places here in the Philippines, specifically, General Santos City. Its actually very tasty, it was fried and very crispy. It think thats the most exotic so far. I think I won't be able to eat a snake.

Hmmm. I love crabs especially the ones with orange on the inside meaning fresh and fat. by the way vaib, is crab considered exotic in your country?
