alighting there are two men discussions regarding thison this side and also in the media and I don't think there is any reason for him to retire from international cricket because he is right now and a very good form and I think he can easily continue for a another year or so. Most important thing is who are we to judge such a great player we all know he's a great player and I think he is the best person to judge whether he should retire or not he will definitely be the time when he will retire and that they will definitely miss one of the greatest player not only from the Indian chamber from the international cricketing world. I hope that they does not come to early but then he has detain us for a more than the more than a decade almost 18 years this is quite a lot and I think he can continue it deserves it there is no need for him to make room for the youngsters because such players do not come and go there one in a million player and they should be given chance. Actually not given chance but the desertions.

I don't why people are so concerned about the retirement of Sachin Tendulkar. I think Sachin should retire when he wants to. Sachin is still playing as good as he used to. His performance in the finals of CB series is testimony of this fact, In my view he should play till the next world cup. I think Sachin might have felt the void that India never won a world cup in spite of having world's best batsman.

well i wish the master batsmen to play upto 2011 world cup in india....he should maintain his fitness .tendulkar will always be in form, even though he looses his form am sure that he can score good runs on the flat sub continet tracks..... but who knows exactly about retirement, who have expected gilly to announce his retiremnet and shocked the world and cricket australia...

I dont know why people keep criticizing Sachin evry now and then.. I belive its very unfair taht evrytime he does not perform well in a series ..people start talking about his retirement from Internation Cricket.. People don't say that when either Yuvraj or Dhoni does not perform well.. The same thing has happened with Ganguly and Dravid.. Last year also the same issue arose and Sachin responded to his criticizers very well.. Though he scored only a single century but he scored runs frequently and played some good knocks.. So its just a period of time and he will be back in form again and i think that he is fit enough to play the next World Cup in 2011..

Can't see him lasting too much longer - though he is still a class act. I believe it was announced that last year's tour of England would be his last, and he received standing ovations at every ground
