Yes I do at times. It really relaxes me. The sleepy time tea hleps me to sleep when I am having a restless night. I also like a cup of tea once in awhile when I take a hot bath

I don't drink tea, but I never take drinks to bed because once I've cleaned my teeth the drink tastes horrible. I will take water up occasionally. I usally have a drink in the morning, a black coffee to wake me up!

No. I think it's a bad habit to take bed tea. After brush, take 1 glass of water and do exersises.
