Speaking of brain washing, as an Atheist I think muslims, catholics, jews and all other religions brain wash. So to argue over such a stupid fact as what Jesus was so many years ago seems stupid. Shouldn't we be more worried about real life and what is going on in the world now.

Hi there rev Im not sure you know the truth who is Jesus are you talking about the son of YHWH God his name is Yashua there was no Jesus as there was no J in Aramaic or Greek which they spoke in the times of Christ and translated into English today would be Joshua not Jesus. The name Jesus translation from the Catholics. look up the concil of niceia do your history you will see I am right then if your still not convinced we can debate am looking forward to it.

Historically, didn't Jesus walked the Earth the same time a Mohammed and there have been ideas that Mohammed and Jesus may be the same person. I don't keep up on this stuff, so that may have all been resolved. It is quite silly to argue such things. We can not 100% prove what religion Jesus really was, we can just guess by what the Bible leads up to believe. The Bible is fallible, it was written and influenced by man. (Even if god helped write the bible, what man wrote was still influenced by his own ideas and thoughts; the only way this would not be possible is if god one day dropped a book out of the the sky and no human modified what was written).

You are so right, rev! Jesus was NOT muslim. He was the perfect and holy Son of the one true and living God. He was totally sinless. He came to this earth to save us from our sins. We all need to repent and ask the Lord Jesus Christ to come into our hearts. We need Him so desperately! God bless.

If Jesus was Muslim, then why did he celebrate Hanukkah and Passover?

As I read the Bible and get to know God more, it came to my senses that it is Jesus who really matters rather than religion. Christianity is having a relationship with God through Jesus Christ. It's not about religion. Anyone can have Jesus in their lives but it is the religion that separates us together. Now it doesn't matter to me whatever religion a person has as long he has Jesus in his life.

Don't blame the Muslims, they are obviously just confused by the fact that Jesus is regarded as a Muslim prophet. Because he is a sacred figure to them, they think he MUST have been a Muslim, because why would they respect him if he wasn't? It is a lot like Christians going around saying that Jesus was a Christian. I'm sure that happens a lot too because it's a natural assumption to make.

This research will show that the real Jesus was Horus, an ancient Egyptian who was worshipped thousands of years before the supposed time of Jesus. Jesus was a Jewish Rabbi nothing more nothing less. He lived over 2000 years ago. Muhammad did not start his group until the middle of the 7th century of the common era. Jesus and Muhammad did not know each other and did not share the same religion. However, the muslims have incorporated a lot of "the Book" into the Quaran. They also are supposed to respect and protect "People of the Book" They do not seem to be living up to this mandate of Muhammad's! The Muslim's consider the Jesus character a prophet and an important character in world history. They do know that he was a Jew. you must know alot about the christianity religion.which, i don't have nothinga against it though,i'm just a Satanist. Both Christians (through Isaac) and Muslims (through Ishmael) share Abraham as there father. I think Muslims have borrowed much from Christians (Isaac line) which i think they have no claim to.

Well I'm not a muslim myself I'm an atheist , and if jesus existed or not is not relevent to the question here. But we have to be fair here and understand how a muslim mind works, and what is islam? for muslims islam did not begin with Mohammed, on the contrary.. they believe Mohammed was the LAST prophet of islam, that islam is the true word of god since the beginning of time, and that god sent prophets (including jesus) preching "islam" or "one god" teachings. Mohammed was a smart man to make people of other religions feel like they belong, that they can be muslims and still believe in their own prophets that's how early islam (the first 13 years) started spreading. Brainwashed? maybe.. but I personally find it amusing watching through history how a human thoughts about a subject develop and although I don't approve of any religion, although I see much wrong going on with islam, I try not to take it out of context that many religions were in some way a revolution to change some things that needed to be changed and were in a way "right" for that time and place and of course, each religion had it's way of delivering their thoughts and spreading them.

interesting. it goes back to abraham, sarah and her slave, hagar. abraham and sarah couldnt have children at first so sarah gave her slave to abraham. she had a child named Ismael. God apeared to abraham and told him that he would have a child with sarah as well. they had Izak. sarah got jealous of hagar and drove her away into the desert with Ismael. God took pity on her and blessed Ismaels children. muslims came from there. the jews and ultimately Jesus came from the children of Izak. Genesis 17 verse 20 to 21.
