I want to open a eGOLD account but am getting this message after I feed my details in the REGISTRATION :- Says that my IP is appears to be an OPEN PROXY or Otherwise exploited... What does it mean ?? Any solution for this ?

You need to change your ip address.

I agree, some(if not most) ISP providers uses a single IP address in one particular area, so if somebody in your area registered to that site then you cant use it any more. Try anonymity tools, tor is a good one, then try to register again.
