The things people get mad about. My Boss came out of his office a few moments ago muttering to himself about “They should keep the wives off the campaign trail. Stupid Obama’s wife”. All I could think was, here we go again. He goes on these rants about the most random things…
Thankfully, I was spared the rant. I did look up what he was mumbling about. A comment that Michelle mad, that the first time in her adult life she is proud of her country (she was talking about America being hungry for a change). Now taken out of context, that doesn’t sound too good, but in context it is fine. Still trying to figure out why that annoyed him…other than she is a woman…..

Wow ... out of context or not, for anyone in public service to even hint at an implication that they are not proud of this great country for ANY reason is (IMO) totally wrong.
You may disagree with leadership, values, political viewpoints, war, or whatever but no matter, this country is still the greatest in the land.
I don't care how she 'meant' it, it was a very poor choice of words ...

She did make an error. I watched the whole thing. It will not lose the nomination for her husband, but she should be careful about speaking from the cuff. Everything she says is recorded and torn apart with the intent of being used against her husband. She needs to be careful not to add fuel to the fire.
Obama just needs to come out and say a few words about an overzealous wife and laugh it off. She is new at this and will make mistakes. She just needs to keep them at a minimum.

I guess one reason that he might have gotten mad is that he is an Obama supporter and he was afraid that her comments could hurt his chances at winning. She really should be careful of what she says - especially during campaign season, when everyone involved with the presidential race is under such close scrutiny!

Actually he wants Obama to loose his slot. My boss thinks Romney will have abetter chance of beating Hillary and Obama. is pulling for Romney.
