that has quite possibly THE rudest customers? I work cash daily and I don't understand why people act like it's our fault we're supposed to have customers cashed out and off of our time pad in 25 seconds or less. And a coffee with 3 creams in it will NOT burn your hand off, you really don't need a sleeve. And if you need them that bad, then try to use one per week instead of wasting our time. And why is it that if YOUR window is frozen, you still insist on coming through the drive-thru, just come inside. Does anyone else have these problems?
