Question about ptc sites

I am a member of a paid to click website..and this is one of my first paid to click websites that i have joined..and the cashout is ten dollars and i am alreay half way there and its only been a week...I have heard before that this website pays but i have no proof..does any paid to click website pay?? I was thinking that this website was too easy..but then someone told me that the only reason it was so high is because it was new...becauase they give you like twenty ads a day and i thought that sounded kind of strange...does anyone have any input...do you think its legit?

Yes, legitimate sites pay. I already received payment from some of them. Today, I got paid by surfcash. They have a low payout of $1.00. You can join me and earn through my profile website. It took me 3 days to earn $1.00 without referral. Now I'm confident to promote because I have tested it and they pay via paypal!

If you don't say the name of the site it is impossible to give you any information about it. It does seem very quick though.
If you want paying sites then go through to my blog where you will find 18 that are paying me regularly.
