My favorite place in the world

I have been to several beaches for summer vacations and I love it. I never get tired of the smell, the sand, the water and everything else. There are some beaches I like better than others but I still love them. It's like a whole new world to me away from the hassle of life at home. I love the way I feel when I'm there and the laughs from family while playing in the waves. I took my honeymoon there last July, and I plan to visit a beach every year after that.

I love the beach! Its my favorite place in the world. What other places can you go to, look at the horizon and see only miles over miles of endless water. Its finally beach season in my country and I'm so happy its here. I just grab a book, an apple, towel and some lotion and flee to the nearest beach when ever I get the chance. No matter what mood I'm in, I will always be in a better one after visiting the beach.

I like to walk on the beach at dawn, sunset and under the light of the moon, too. It's never busy at these times, always quite quiet, and you can hear the waves gently lapping onto the beach, whilst everything is bathed in a special light. In the moonlight, there is a silver path across the water, at dawn, there is a pale golden one, and at sunset, a beautiful orange hue.
