Related Post plugin, need help with this one please

Okay, I really want to add the related post plugin to my blog but for some reason I can't figure out how to do this. If you know of a good plugin for this, please let me know and tell me how to do it. I have tried to follow directions but the directions aren't that clear and I don't know much about the php stuff that they keep telling me to edit. I could really use someones help on this one. If you know of an easy way to add related post to a blog in wordpress, then this would really help me out.
